Junmai Daiginjo Hanging Shibori Unfiltered Raw Sake 1.8L
Polished to 50% of Akita prefecture's sake brewing rice "Sake Komachi". A junmai daiginjo with a delicious taste that makes use of the light taste that is characteristic of sake komachi. A technique called “suspension squeezing” is used, in which unrefined sake is put in a cotton bag and naturally dripping sake is collected. It is often referred to as "Shizuku sake", and since the sake is unfiltered, it is slightly cloudy. With the addition of the softness that is unique to Tsurushishibori, the finished product has a well-balanced flavor.
